Refund policy

Monet Collection values every customer and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the item can be returned within the below timeframe for a refund. Please review our return policy and instructions before submitting your request.

 

14-Day Return Policy  

To be eligible for a return, you have 14 (calendar) days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, in its original packaging with all attachments (straps, chains, scarf, lock, etc.) that was included with the handbag. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  •  Select “Return Item”
    1. Follow the on-screen instructions and select the item you want to return.  
    2. Once submitted, you will receive a return shipping label to print. 
    3. Print the return shipping label generated to prepare your return for shipment. 
    4. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the box and tape the entire box for shipping.
    5. Drop off your package at any UPS location using our authorized return shipping label provided by our company.

    Note: M.Monet Collection customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping cost that may occur. We are not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service, or lost packages. 


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@monetcollection.com.


    Damages and issues
    We make every effort to ensure purchased items are damage free. We also understand mistakes happen; therefore, we ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately support@monetcollection.com if there is a concern. We will do everything within reason to replace your item. 

    **Product photos might have slight variances and will not be considered damaged, as each item may be unique in pattern placement and colors.  

    Exceptions and non-returnable items

    Custom products and accessories such as special orders, monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned. 


    Gift Cards & Final Sale items at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. 


    Exchanges 

    Currently, we do not accept exchanges.

     

    Cancellations

    We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please contact Client Services at support@monetcollection.com immediately to request a same day cancellation

    If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation request is treated as a return with all applicable guidelines associated with our 14-day return policy noted above.  


    Order Refusal

    Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, this amount will be deducted from the credit amount. 


    Late or Delayed Shipments

    M.Monet Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please be advised of our current order processing time frames when placing orders. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. 

    For added tracking and delivery protection we recommend the use of Route Package Protection, that offers an immersive tracking experience and shipping updates via push notification, email and SMS.

    SHIPPING

    Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

    Orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours from purchase date. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the delivery location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Your order can be tracked by the link included in your shipping confirmation email.

    To ensure your product’s safe arrival, packages are shipped through UPS signature delivery. Someone will need to be available to accept and sign for the package.  Address changes or shipping date adjustments should be made directly with UPS.
