Do you only ship within the United States?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States.
We currently do not ship internationally but hope to ship to muses across the world soon.
What if I change my mind after my order is placed?
We are commited to your satisfaction and hope you love the bag you choose. Once an order is placed, changes to the order cannot be made.
Once your bag arrives and you still wish to return your purchase, you may process a return based on our return policy.
How can I track my order for delivery?
Our Standard shipping method is UPS. You can track your order at any time via the link in your confirmation email.
Can I receive a refund if I placed an order using a gift card?
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if a gift card was used to purchase an item.
